Designed by Jean-Marie Finot, the 331 is the perfect combination of sailing performance and livability. Tiki Tour has the 2 cabin 1 head layout, perfectly ventilated and lit by a large number or hatches and portholes. A well appointed cruising vessel, Tiki Tour will sleep 6 comfortably.
Down the helm companionway and directly to starboard is the wet head and shower, it is equipped with hot and cold water, vanity and manual head. Just aft of the head is the main cabin. It has a large double berth, opening portholes and a large hanging locker with plenty of stowage.
On the port side of the companionway is the U-shaped galley. It offers a gambled two burner stove with oven, 12v fridge, stainless steel sink and numerous storage areas.
Forward of the galley is the salon, lit by two eye level portholes and an opening overhead hatch. To port is the navigational area with a fully functioning chart table and electrical panels. Around the saloon table 6 guests can comfortably sit, it also converts down into double berth.
Further forward is a double cabin by way of a sliding door, which allows for extra open space without encumbrances. There is a large hanging locker and plenty of stowage.
The U - shaped galley is located to port, her white counter tops create a tasteful contrast to the rich interior.
The saloon is bright and accommodating, seating 6 easily as well as converting down into a double bunk. There is plenty of storage, two opening port lights and an opening overhead hatch.
Tiki Tour will comfortably cruise around 6kts. She has benefited from annual haulout's, oil and fuel filter changes, last done January 2024. Tiki Tour also had her rudder removed, re-set the sleeve and shaft collar.
The batteries were replaced recently and a new charge controller with flex solar panel make time away from dock a breeze. The newer 2x230 - 460AH AGM house bank provides plenty for extend time at anchor.
The Nav table is located just forward of the galley with an opening top storage. The pedestal in the cockpit houses the B&G chart plotter.
High performance in mind and ease of sailing, the Beneteau 331 is balanced nicely. With the 140% overlapping headsail she points close to the wind and is easily handled by a couple or single handed from the cockpit.
Built to last, the 331 makes use of proven structural molding techniques, whereby the loads induced by the rigging and appendices are distributed over the complete hull. A pleasure to sail, handling the 331 is a breeze with all lines leading aft into the cockpit. The coachroof is equipped with grab rails to facilitate safely moving forward, and the primary winches are well within reach of the helmsman.
