Ocean Grace has had only two owners, and she has been very well cared for during her entire life. She is in great condition inside and out.

Board the cockpit through the transom door, and enter the boat via a solid teak and glass door to the salon. There is a very comfortable L-shaped settee to port, with two occasional chairs to starboard. The exterior teak is in very good condition.
Forward of the salon, the U-shaped galley is to port with laundry to starboard.
Accommodations are down four steps to two staterooms plus office and two heads.
The pilothouse is up three steps, with a settee, helm chair, and access to the command bridge.
The nicely kept galley is on the same level as the salon, maximizing the entertainment space and making for a comfortable conversation space with guests.
The salon feeatures a large L-shaped settee aft and to port with a hi-lo table, and warm dry Dickesnson fireplace with two occassional chairs to starboard.
Galley features include:
Ocean Grace features a two stateroom - two head layout. The master stateroom is forward with island berth, hanging lockers, drawers and ensuite head with tub/shower, vanity and electric toilet. The mattress has been recently replaced and has barely been used.
There is a private office / study off the stateroom with a writing / computer desk, comfortable settee and book shelves.
Midships to port is the guest stateroom with double berth, storage lockers and book shelves. Opposite to starboard is the guest / day head with electric toilet vanity, storage and separate shower stall.
Each head has "comfort height" toilets with freshwater flush.
The pilothouse features a centre-line helm seat, with great operational visibility and convenient access to all systems. There is a comfortable settee with table, and a forward-facing seat with a custom pull out table for writing or navigating.
Power is via twin Hino 220 hp turbo diesel engines. Risers were replaced within the past two years. Both coolers have been serviced, port cooler was replaced with reconditioned. The owner is uniquely knowledgeable and has taken great care of his vessel and its machinery. Comprehensive log books showing all maintenance and repairs including each fuel history.
